During the confirmation hearings for Transexual Doctor Rachel Levine for the Assistant Secretary for Health & Human Services position, Senator Rand Paul’s questioning makes it clear that Mr. Levine endorses giving minors hormone blockers as well as the surgical destruction of a minor’s genitalia.
