Cold-Blooded Murder and Carjacking Rampage Shocks Las Vegas

In the early morning of Thursday, March 27, 2025, security personnel, observed murder suspect 19-year-old Aerion Warmsley loitering with another unidentified man in the third-floor parking garage of the Aliante Casino.

Security footage from the Aliante Casino showed two adult men entering the casino floor from the third floor of the parking garage at 1:46 a.m.

It wouldn’t be until around 4:30 a.m. when the two individuals spoke to someone who would later fall victim to the shooting; 23-year-old Na’Onche Osborne.

Osborne, has been identified as former Nevada State Senator Pat Spearman’s adopted son.

After an initial conversation, the two male suspects walked away and went in separate directions.

A second conversation ensued between Warmsley and Osborne.

Police said it “appeared cordial” based on surveillance video.

Moments later, Warmsley apparently pulls a handgun from his waistline and attempts to pistol-whip Osborne but misses, police said.

Osborne tried to run from the suspect after a brief struggle over the handgun.

Warmsley then discharged his handgun in Alicante Casino, shooting Osborne, with Warmsley discharging six more rounds as Osborne, 23, was lying on the casino floor.

Based on video surveillance, the suspect fired seven rounds total.

Warmsley then searched Osborne’s pants pockets.

Police say it appears the suspect stole an unknown item from the victim’s pants.

Warmsley then caught up with the other man he had originally walked into the casino with.
