Mr. Brown acknowledged that he had helped Kamala Harris’ career by appointing her to two high-paying California State Commissions that launched her political career, including the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and later the Medical Assistance Commission.
Willie Brown also admitted that he bought Kamala Harris a BMW and a Mercedes in the mid-1990s.
